Arrival and departure

Your rooms are ready for you from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure. You are welcome to use our wellness area free of charge on your day of arrival and departure before occupying and after vacating your room. We will be happy to provide you with bathrobes and towels. We will also be happy to pick you up from the airport or train station. Please contact our reception desk to organise the pick-up by shuttle.

Deposit

Please transfer the amount indicated in the reservation confirmation without any bank charges by the date indicated. You can also pay this deposit by credit card.

Please note that in case of cancellation we do not refund the deposit, but credit it to your next booking!

Beauty

Our trained beauty team will pamper you with exclusive wellness treatments as well as personal advice and professional expertise. In order to be able to consider the times you want for your treatments, we recommend that you make your appointments at the same time as booking your room.

Opening hours
Beauty area: 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Panoramic indoor swimming pool: 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Wellness and sauna complex: 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

You get the best prices directly from us by telephone, through the Tannenhof website or by email. We will be happy to advise you in person and work out a tailored offer for you.

Third and fourth adult in a room

If three or four adults are occupying the Comfort Room and Junior Suite categories, the third and fourth person receives a 30% discount off the listed price.

Pets

We like dogs very much, so from summer 2024 we will accept dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm again! We look forward to welcoming you all again!
We charge € 25,00 per dog / per night without food. If required, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of € 80.00.
We would like to point out that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the restaurant areas, as well as in the wellness, beauty and sauna area.

Dogs can only be booked with advance notice at the time of reservation.

Non-smoking hotel

Our Tannenhof is a non-smoking hotel. We would like to point out that smoking is absolutely forbidden in all rooms and suites as well as in all public areas.

Prices for adults and children

All prices quoted are per person and per overnight stay or in the case of packages for the duration of the stay, with the ¾ gourmet board or Tanni gourmet board, all Tannenhof inclusive services and use of the wellness and sauna complex. The local tax of € 2.00 per person per night (children up to 15 years are exempt from local tax) is not included in your booking and is payable at the hotel.

Travel insurance

This can only be taken out at the same time as the booking up to 4 weeks before arrival and covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents before the start of the holiday or during the stay.

The insurance amounts are € 10,00 per adult & € 5,00 per child (except if the children are free of charge), and will be charged per night for the time of the stay.

Example: 2x adults - 7 days // insurance amount = € 140,00 (10€ x 7days x 2 persons)

The amount has to be paid in advance at the time of booking. In case of normal arrival, the amount of the insurance can unfortunately not be deducted from the final sum.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to take out this travel insurance.

 

Reservations

We would like to point out that a reservation made by telephone or in writing is a binding booking for us, even without a deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed by us in writing with the details you provided (number of people, children’s dates of birth and dates for your stay). Should there be any discrepancies with the confirmation on arrival, i.e. if there are more persons than reserved or if the age of the children is not correct, the persons will be charged according to the actual number and the children with the correct age at the time of the stay.

Something can always happen. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. This saves trouble and annoyance.

Reception

Our reception team is at your service every day from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Sauna complex

The sauna complex is a quiet zone with a nude area and is therefore reserved exclusively for adults. Admission is permitted for young people aged 16 or older.

Cancellations and early departure

Cancellation conditions

If you do not start a booked stay at all or start it late or cancel it early, our shortened terms and conditions apply. Cancellations can only be made in writing. In case of illness we ask you to present a medical certificate.

  • The booked stay will not be charged up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made 29 - 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 60% of the total amount.
  • At 13 - 6 days before the date of arrival 70 % of the total amount will be charged.
  • Up to 5 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the holiday will be charged (100%)
  • In the event of no-show/early departure, the full amount of the holiday will be charged (100 %)

The following cancellation conditions apply in the following periods

21.12.2024 to 11.01.2025 & 01.03.2025 to 08.03.2025

  • Up to 60 days before arrival, the booked stay will not be charged.
  • At 59 - 14 days before arrival date, 60 % of the total holiday amount will be charged.
  • At 13 - 6 days before the date of arrival 70 % of the total amount of the holiday will be charged.
  • Up to 5 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the holiday will be charged (100%)
  • In the event of no-show/early departure, the full amount of the holiday will be charged (100 %)

Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.

Payment at the hotel

You can pay your bill in cash in euros, by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

If you want to pay by credit card, we recommend that you check your credit card limit in advance, as credit card institutions often reduce the limits to a minimum during stays abroad.
